I haven’t always been into living healthily and staying in shape, in fact I was a little lazy and ate a fair bit of junk up until a year ago when I made the decision to change things for the better.
It’s amazing how much of a difference actually giving a **** about what I put into my body, and working out has made to my life as a whole. So what can this blog do for you?
Well getting to where I am hasn’t been all smooth sailing, it’s taken a bit of trial and error with different products, diets etc. to find what works and what doesn’t, so I hope to help you by sharing the things that I’ve found actually work. There’s an awful lot of crap out there about diet and fitness online and advertised on TV so I’m basically here to help you cut through all of that to reach your goals.
